  • 1984 Foundation of Dapro GmbH
  • 1986 CAD/CAE System RohrCAD 2D / 3D
    Based on AutoCAD version 2.6 and DBase, the first planning tools for process technology and layout plans arose. At that time, plant classification systems due to KKS / AKZ as well as functions to export data into Rohr2 were already implemented.
  • 1993 Catalogue System HUKS / ICS
    The first 3D catalogue system of this type went online. Unfortunately, at this early stage most of the component manufacturers were not agreeable or not yet able to provide 3D geometries of their parts.
  • 1994 Own Company Premises
    The company continued to grow and moved to his own premises.
  • 1998 Foundation of Planet GmbH
    Planet GmbH was established as a sales company and at the same time, was a general distributor of Dapro which was only responsible for software development.
  • 2000 SAP and eClass / ICS Interfaces
    Databases have become more and more important. In this context, eClass systematics was implemented into the ICS catalogue. The first interfaces to SAP followed.
  • 2002 Redesign RohrCAD -> RC-Planet
    Entering new markets! RohrCAD got a completely new design, a new database structure and dialogs and has been adapted to modern Windows.
  • 2005 PLM - Plant Lifecycle Management
    The ever-growing requirements of our customers and the associated increasing amounts of data have induced us to develop a further product family based on SQL server technology in the last three years.
  • 2007 Foundation of Mohrenz Holding
    To further development of our group of companies the Mohrenz Holding has been established.
  • 2008 Dapro GmbH was converted into a Service Provider
    Due to varying demands of our customers, the development team of Dapro GmbH changed to Planet GmbH. Dapro GmbH is now a pure company for human resources services; services, which are increasingly requested by our clients.
  • 2011 PDx-Planet for Medium-Sized Businesses
    With PDx we bridge the gap between RC-Planet for small planning enterprises and PLM-Planet for major projects. Here the medium-sized companies get a tool combined of the two systems of our portfolio and will profit from the synergy effect. Easy to handle, high performance and can be expanded at any time, these are the added values of the new PDx-Planet.
